Refund Policy

14-day refund window

If a product isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it. No hoops — just tell us what didn't work so we can improve.

How to request one

Email support@myaibusinessbuilder.com from the address you purchased with, and include the product name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your access

When a purchase is refunded, access to that product is removed automatically. Work you saved in the workspace is kept on your account, but you will no longer be able to open the locked product.

Upgrades and bundles

Refunding an upgrade or bundle removes access to that specific purchase only. Products you bought separately stay unlocked.

Abuse

We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles or redistribution of the materials.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute — we will almost always sort it out faster. A chargeback also removes access to the disputed product.
